Decker Concrete

Decker Concrete was founded in 1996 by the current company president, Mike Decker. The company began working out of a small garage space on Mike’s in-laws’ farm south of Farley. With the help of Mike’s wife, Laura, family and friends, the company grew to hire its first employee in the spring of 1997.

Decker Concrete moved to its second location, 105 Rose Ct, Farley, in 2004. It remained there until 2017, when it moved to a new shop and office in the Dyersville Industrial Park. In the spring of 2019, Decker Concrete opened a second location in Marion, IA, to better serve its Cedar Rapids customers. It employs an experienced staff large enough to handle multiple projects of any size. With the addition of Mike Schlichte as a shareholder in 2016, Decker Concrete looks to continue to grow and offer quality driven services well into the future while still maintaining the same quality driven goals that Mike started in the small garage in 1996.
