Advanced Precast Company, Inc. was founded in 2008 by Mike Decker and a small group of investors.  APC operates in a 67,000 sq ft facility located in the Dyersville West Industrial Park. We produce and fabricate various precast product such as: architectural and structural wall panels, hollowcore, double-tee panels, and insulated core deck panels. 

APC offers a variety of work opportunities with continuous room for growth within the company. From our Production and Quality Control teams to our Estimating and Project Management departments, we offer a diverse range of job opportunities for individuals to grow and become successful in. Our fast-paced environment challenges employees to work together as a team to accomplish both department and company goals.

Ready Mix Driver - Advanced PreCast

ADVANCED PRECAST COMPANY (APC)

We are currently seeking a Ready Mix Driver. Class B CDL required. This is a full-time position with approximately 50+ hours per week. The hours vary each day and once in a while a Saturday morning will be necessary. This job requires physical labor. It is not just driving a truck all day. This person must maintain their truck as well as help maintain the batch plant. This will also include driving a ready mix truck, dump truck and an end loader. We offer vacation & holiday pay, health, dental, life and Aflac. Pre-employment drug screen is required.
